Get the Word Out: Developing a PSA

Akin to a catchphrase or slogan, taglines give your audience something to "take away" from your PSA and act on later.

The best taglines are

long-lived (people remember them long after they are no longer broadcast

original (people think of a specific cause or company when they hear them, they can't be reused)

relevant (they connect culturally to the audience)
